The
Design Process - The site visit - Our professional design
consultants will contact you to arrange a visit to your
location. During this initial site visit we will:
- measure and photograph
the physical space
- Interview you and your
employees to understand completely how your business operates
and/or what changes you would like to incorporate into the new
design of the space.
- observe the existing
operation to determine staffing requirements, work and
traffic flow.
- prepare and
review a rough design and cost estimate for the
project.
- Preliminary floor plans - using the
information gathered at the site visit we will put together a set
of preliminary plans and costs that include:
- a scaled CAD
floor plan.
- itemized equipment
lists
- detailed cost proposal
for equipment and installation.
- equipment
specification sheets
- The revision process - we will work with you
to make changes or revisions you and your staff recommend. We
realize that every operation is unique and we will spend the time
to develop a design that fits your vision and budget.
- Final design - a final design package will be
prepared for your approval. The package will include:
- Final floor
plans.
- itemized equipment
list
- a detailed cost
proposal and Fixture Sales Agreement.
- equipment
specifications
- laminate and color
selection information.
- if necessary we can
also supply additional detail sheets for custom
cabinets, electrical and data placements, contruction and
demolitions, and lighting plans.
- Equipment delivery - the equipment and fixture
delivery will be cooridated with you and the local contractors to
arrive upon completion of the building construction.
- Installation - upon delivery of the fixtures
and equipment our professional installation team will quickly
assemble the fixtures. We work closely with the local trades
to accommodate the installation of the electrical, phone, data, and
plumbing necessary. The installation will be preformed in
accordance with a schedule, pre-determined with you and the
local trades.
